I have a Rabone Chesterman Repair Outfit for sale.  This is model No.578ME.  This is for repairing Measuring Tapes and Bands.  This kit includes a Parallel Nose Pliers, a supply of eyelets, repair strips of 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 1/2" and a instruction leaflet. It looks like a few of the strips have been used, there is a large amount of strips here.
